Rock Your Scar 2018: This photo contest and awareness campaign is geared to empower people of all ages to be proud of their journey! You can enter and share the information with your friends. You can find out all the details here: Rock Your Scar As always, there’s a people’s choice award, and we encourage you to share your entry on social media, encourage your friends and family to vote, and raise awareness. Make sure to use the hashtag #RockYourScar2018
Roar N Run 2018: This Virtual Marathon is designed to raise awareness and is a way to help Mended Little Hearts fund our Bravery Bags in 2018. You can complete your miles throughout CHD Awareness week and share your photos on social media. Remember our Hearts 2018: Throughout the month of February we will share photos of our Heart Angels and will host a candlelight vigil on February 11th at 8:00 PM. This Vigil is virtual and will be hosted on our social media platforms. Be sure to light a candle, and share in this special event. Make sure to use the hashtag #RememberourHearts
Day of Education: February 5th will be a day of education. This Day of Education is being hosted by the Congenital Heart Public Health Consortium (CHPHC) and Mended Little Hearts encourages you to join on social media. The CHPHC will have graphics and information to share on twitter. Make sure to check it out at www.aap.org

Sharing facts is an important part of CHD Awareness. A lot of people aren’t aware . You can share stats and facts about CHD via your social media accounts. Make sure you use the hastag #CHDAware or #1in110. Or you can print and share FACT SHEET 2017

Engage on Social Media: Social media is a powertool and can be used to share CHD Awareness to make a large impact. Make sure to “Like” or “Follow” Mended Little Hearts so you can engage and share information. Our team will be spreading awareness and encouraging others to get involved.
