ICHOM – International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement – is an international not-for-profit organization whose mission is to unlock the potential of value-based healthcare, placing the patient perspective at the heart of care. ICHOM’s core work focuses on defining standardized Sets of Patient-Centered Outcome Measures (“Sets”). Since its founding in 2012, ICHOM has developed 47 Sets that address a wide range of medical conditions representing over half of the global burden of disease. To further strengthen its commitment to patient-centered care, ICHOM launched the Patient Partner Alliance in 2024.
