Regional Connection Meetings
Regional Connections provide an opportunity to meet other heart patients and caregivers, learn from healthcare professionals and discuss Mended Hearts chapter programs across the region. Please contact the Mended Hearts volunteer leader for the respective program you’d like to attend to find out more program details.
With the support of local hospitals, you can reach out to heart patients by listening, sharing your own experiences, answering questions and empathizing with the anxiety and concerns of the patients and their families. Contact your Chapter Visiting Chairman to schedule your training and visits.

Internet Visiting Program
If you have access to the Internet, you can communicate electronically to heart patients and members all over the world. Through email, you can offer emotional support, answer questions and help patients find helpful resources. Medical questions should be redirected to the patient’s physician.
