EMPOWERCHD™ is proud to include the Mended Little Hearts Welcome Home CHD program. This special program is for families who have a child with a congenital heart defect (CHD). It gives families helpful information and kind support during their CHD journey.

Families can also join the Parent Matching program. This connects parents whose children have similar heart conditions via email. It helps families feel understood, supported, and part of a caring community.
