In 2019, Mended Hearts is taking this successful regional conference concept and merging it, in twelve specific locations, with its much-loved cluster meetings. Cluster meetings are where a group of chapters joins together to hold one “mini-conference” to serve many people at one time. By combining these two effective models for empowering, educating and inspiring heart patients and families, the Regional Educational Meetings will reach more heart patients, caregivers and families than ever before.
