JOIN US for Mended Little Hearts 4th Annual Roar ‘N Run Virtual Charity Race and help create a ROAR for Congenital Heart Disease Awareness and support our Bravery Bag Program for children and families in the hospital!

Participants can pick their distance goal

  • 5K
  • 10K
  • 13.1 miles or
  • 26.2 miles

Then run, jog or walk your distance anytime and anywhere you choose during CHD Awareness Week, February 7 -14.

Registration CostAdults $25 and Children 13 only $15.   ALL participants receive a commemorative medal and a certificate of completion.  

It is easy to create a fundraising team, join an existing team or donate to help us meet our fundraising goals.  Fundraisers can customize their team pages with pictures and videos and email their friends and family with a direct link to their fundraising page.

Fundraising prizes for individuals are:

  • $100 raised–a MLH lion drawstring backpack
  • $500 raised–a stainless yeti-style MLH tumbler
  • $1000 raised–a MLH blanket  

By participating in this event, you are not only helping Mended Little Hearts create awareness of CHD, the most common birth defect in the USA, but you also are helping us directly support families of children with CHD.  All proceeds from the event will be going to our Bravery Bag program.

Question for teens/adults...heading in for a cardiac cath or surgery, what do you do to prepare for it? Mentally, physically.... parents, you are welcome to answer, especially if your teen isn’t on social media.
