If you are an 18-26 year old, diagnosed with CHD, you are invited to help in a research project that will explore how congenital heart defects impact the daily lives of young adults.
Occupational Therapy students from Elizabethtown College invite you to answer some questions about your daily life activities and your daily life roles as a young adult. Your answers may help us identify ways to increase support for other young adults and adolescents with CHD.
