Together in HF Community

The Together in HF Community was created by Novartis in support of heart failure (HF) patients and their caregivers. Our goal is to provide our members with a welcoming place to connect with others like themselves, as well as provide access to credible content from medical experts and resources to help better manage their or their loved ones’ condition. Novartis believes in putting patients first and that philosophy is at the heart of everything we do. We’re in this together and are dedicated to raising national awareness of HF.
